Founded in 2008, the Department of Electronics and Communication  in Rayat - Bahra Institute of Engineering and Nanotechnology , Hoshiarpur ,strives to fulfill two objectives; one, to sensitize students to broader ethical economic, social and human issues and values, and two, to make available facilities for higher education, research and development.  Through its focus on teaching and learning, research and training, the department attempts to encourage personal growth and opportunity. Its numerous resources and renowned faculty provide an opportunity for innovative research. The department is committed to excellence in holistic education by equipping its students with leadership and scholarly skills.
 

The quality of 'Technical Education has a direct impact on the industrial growths, infrastructure development and social economic advancement of a country. Society expects Technical Education to develop technology, productivity and international competitiveness thus leading to economic development.

 

Globalization of the Indian economy has set in motion the gradual globalization of its education system. The vast poor of technically skilled manpower have necessitated the need to relook at the Technical Education system in the country in order to cater to global demands through international networking and collaboration.

 

With a large number of global organization recruiting from Indian Campuses regularly there is a scope for our ECE students to establish India as a brand in the higher education sector and grab the attention of global education community.
